Experience the authenticity of the mountains with all the comforts. Our chalet is located in the French commune of Champagny-en-Vanoise overlooking the breathtaking scenery of the French Alps. The landscape, the numerous activities and our cozy chalet will surely offer you a unique experience. The newly opened chalet for up to 14 people is ideal for those who enjoy nature and its beauty and want to take a little time out. The perfect place to spend precious time with friends and family.

About the Chalet
The goal of our chalet is to make your vacation as pleasant and comfortable as possible, in an atmosphere that leaves little to be desired. Chez Leon is very cozy and furnished with great attention to detail to offer you an authentic vacation in the mountains. The two-story house with cellar can comfortably accommodate 14 people. On the first floor is the open, heated living area (50 m²) with fully equipped kitchen, large table for 14 people and 2 sitting areas with TV corner. Here you will also find a storage room, a fireplace stove and a sauna as well as the first bedroom. All other bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. Another highlight is the basement, which is equipped with a pool table, table soccer and a dartboard. The sun can be enjoyed outside on our beautiful terrace with outside furnishing.

Safety
You’ll find a fire extinguisher in the cupboard underneath the stairs You’ll find a fire blanket in the kitchen, next to the garbage bins.
General guidelines
Please do not smoke inside the gîte Please leave take off your shoes/boots at the gîte. We have provided a shoe rack at entrance hall rack. Please keep the entrance of the gîte and the stairs towards the cave free of snow.
Please switch off electrical devices when you don’t use them; in particular
• Heating of the cave
• Heating of the ski-boots
• Sauna
Before leaving the gîte, we kindly ask you to
• Unmake the beds and lay out the sheets and pillowcases on the floor of each room.
• Empty the bins and deposit them in the village waste containers.
• Take the glass to the bottle bank.
• Leave the kitchen clean and put the kitchen utensils back in their original place
(see photos inside the cupboards).
• Wash the dishes or start the dishwasher.
• Clean the equipment. (gourmet/fondue/...)
• Report any damage to the caretaker and place broken items on the table
